Tracy focused her volunteer involvement to ensure recreation opportunities, especially those that include children, are available in Grimshaw and area. Tracy has also served as a great ambassador for the Peace Region. She has been engaged with the Grimshaw Centennial Park Society since 2000 and has been involved with the hosting of both the Alberta Winter Games in 2004 and the Alberta Summer Games in 2010.

Tracy has provided leadership to the Alberta Pond Hockey Association since 2008, as well as being involved with the hosting of the annual Alberta Pond Hockey Tournament. Her involvement extended to the Duncan First Nation, where Tracy was involved with the bike rodeo, a children’s festival and other special events. For three years Tracy was involved with the development of the Mackenzie Highway Historic Park and Tom Baldwin Memorial Arboretum.

Tracy is recognized as a passionate volunteer, not only locally, but also regionally and provincially!
